Beginner? Advanced? Skills a bit rusty or perhaps somewhere in between? Then bush tennis is for you.
Set amongst the gum trees at Woodvale is the brand new seniors (over 16) bush tennis. You’ll have heaps of fun playing some tennis with others in a social setting. Competitive tennis for those who want something a little more serious, or casual tennis for those a little more laid back. This is a casual day, so you can come when you can without having to commit to being there every week. If for any reason (such as rain or poor weather) that we need to cancel, check our facebook or instagram page (links on on this page) on the day.

We’ll have weekly prizes – and no, you don’t have to be playing competitive tennis to win a prize. There will be a BBQ on the first Saturday of the month. This will begin at 12.30pm, then tennis at 1pm.
When: Saturday Afternoons at 1pm, From May 1st 2021.
Where: At our home courts at the Woodvale Recreation Reserve. Facilities include a rebound wall and playground for the kids, as well as an oval with footy goal posts.
Cost: $2 members, $3 non members
First Saturday of the month is a BBQ – snags $2.
No racquet? No worries. We have equipment available for use, so just come along, wearing some comfy shoes.
